Skill Building
SCODWES believes that empowering youths can strengthen families and society as a whole. To cultivate their productivity, it's essential to equip them with the necessary skills. To this end, we organize skill-building training programs focused on youth development. Recently, we conducted residential training sessions in various areas, including General Duty Assistance, tailoring, and beautician skills, among others. Through these 18 skill-building programs, we have successfully reached 1749 youths.
Youth Awareness programs
Since the inception of youth development initiatives, SCODWES has positively impacted the lives of 42,975 young individuals through 2,865 awareness programs. Through these initiatives, we are helping to create a generation of youth who are empowered, skilled, and ready to contribute meaningfully to society.
Facilitation for Employment
Following the skill-building training, we assist the youths in securing employment in appropriate sectors. We proactively reach out to various organizations and employers on behalf of the candidates to help place them in suitable positions. Our previous experience shows that 87% of the trained individuals have either obtained employment or initiated their own income-generating activities.
